The field of finance refers to the concept of time, money and risk and how they are interconnected. The term "finance" may thus include any of the following:

  • The study of money and other property
  • The administration and control of that property
  • Profile and supervision project risks
  • The science of running money
  • The trade that deliver financial services
  • As a verb, "to finance" is to give funds for business or for an individual's large purchase for car, home, etc.

Finance is use by persons (personal finance), by government (public finance), by business (corporate finance), as well as by a wide range of organization including schools and non-profit organization. In common, the goals of each of the above actions are achieve through the use of appropriate financial instrument, with reflection to their institutional situation.

Finance is one of the most vital aspects of business administration. Without proper financial preparation a new enterprise cannot be successful. Managing money is necessary to guarantee a secure future, both for the person and an association.
